Immunization Clinics at Middle Schools

We'll be offering immunizations required for attendance at events held at our middle schools. Attend whichever best fits your schedule. Your child does NOT need to be a student at the school to take part in the immunization clinic.

  • Milton Middle - June 18 (10am-4pm) in cafeteria

  • Huntington East - June 25 (12pm-6pm) and July 16 (10am-4pm) in cafeteria

  • Barboursville Middle - July 9 (10am-4pm) in cafeteria

  • Huntington Middle - July 23 (10am-4pm) in auditorium

Immunizations Required:
Upon First Entry in Cabell County Schools: DTAP, IPV, MMS, Varicella, Hepatitis B, health check and dental check
7th Grade: TDAP, MCV4
12th Grade: Second MCV4

Back to School Health Needs*:

  1. Immunizations

  2. Sports Physicals before first practice, if applicable

  3. Updated Documentation: medications, dietary orders, medical care plans, etc.

*MUST be completed before the first day of school on Wednesday, August 12
