THE BOARD OF EDUCATION RECOGNIZES THAT THE RESPONSIBILITIES FOR CONSERVATION MUST BE SHARED BY ALL EMPLOYEES BEING GOOD STEWARDS OF TAXPAYER DOLLARS IN REGARDS TO ENERGY SAVINGS.
