2016 Teacher Institute
Cabell County Schools is proud to host the 2016 Teacher Institute. With sessions for K-12 teachers, quality professional development is delivered by teacher leaders throughout the district. Sessions at this year’s institute will focus on the Learning School model and characteristics of successful Learning Schools such as teaming, data, and standards based instruction. There are also sessions for our new science and music textbook adoptions.

The registration link will be released via email and the website at 9 AM on Tuesday, July 5th. Registration will close on July 18th. This year’s institute runs Tuesday, July 26th through Thursday, July 28th from 8 AM to 3 PM. Individuals interested in earning graduate credit must attend an information session on one of the three days at 3:15 PM in the lecture hall (D144).
