Davis Creek Elementary

About Davis Creek

In 1920 a 2 room frame structure with a side porch was constructed. It was located on the old brick road at the intersection of Route 10 and Alternate Route 10 in the rural community known as “Melissa”.

The school was named “Davis Creek” and students attended until the 8th grade.

In 1951 a 3rd room and gas heat were added. Then 2 more rooms were build on during the late 1950’s. Sometime after this the present-day new school was constructed.
